Evolve: Using Macho Brace and winning a match with a fighitng type move

Dragon type
High s. Attack and Speed
Inner: Supremacy (takes advantage in dragon battles)
Moves: Dragon Breath, Twister, Dragon Dance, Hyper Beam
Evolve: Using Dragon Scale and receiving a dragon type move

Inner: Levitate
Moves: Astonish, Confuse Ray, Shadow Ball, Hypnosis
Evolve: Using Joker Hat and receiving a ghost type move
